3-Bedroom Apartment (110sqm), 2 Bathroom & Balcony

Clean, convenient and well appointed. Positive: Very nice and clean accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Availability of washing machine was a bonus. A place to store luggage was a HUGE added convenience. Very close to U-bahn and S-bahn stations for easy intercity travel. Negative: Can't really think of anything to make it better!

Me and family enjoyed every moment from our stay.Definitely would stay again. Positive: Apartment was clean and lots of space.Everything you need is there.Close to public transport and shops,and food places. Negative: No any complaints.

A very well apointed and immaculate apartment in a location close to the Under/Overground Stations Positive: Beautiful well equiped and clean apartment. Very close to the S and U barn lines and a supermarket. Only 2 U-Barn lines (about 6-8 stops total) to just about everything you'd want to visit. Big rooms and modern equipment. All the cleaning and supplies you need. Immaculate presentation. Double glazing to keep the noise of the trains and any locals to a hush. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms and plenty of cutlery and glasses and dishes etc. Clean bathrooms, excellent showers, towel heaters and modern lighting controls. Easy code access to the apartment. Negative: After dark is wasn't the safest feeling place around. However, it is a neighborhood there are lots of people around even until late coming home from work and such but the street is a bit dark in places and if you were alone I would keep my wits about you just in case. Also, the people on the floor above were in training for the workd nocturnal chair dragging championships which was a bit annoying for the lack of consideration but thats the luck of the draw. Also there is no microwave but they are the only negatives, its otherwise an excellent base to move from.

Great value for a large group. Bikes right at the property Positive: Beautiful and large apartment. Very clean. Could rent bikes, great staff Negative: Neighborhood was a little bit sketchy.

Fantastic apartment made our visit to Berlin so enjoyable. Positive: Located near a metro with access to all areas of the city. Supermarket and coffee shops, bar etc within 5 minute walk. Modern apartment with all amenities required. Excellent showers, comfortable beds with laundry facilities. Negative: Light above coffee table is low and one friend clunked his head off it when getting up off the sofa!
