Bright 1 Bedroom Apartment with Terrace

Positive: Very clean,good location

Excellent location, comfy, easy, friendly staff Positive: I loved everything. The location is great and the u-Bahn is a 15 minute walk away so you can get anywhere in the city. Very spacious and comfortable facilities. Washing machine (plus detergent) worked perfectly, the kitchen had everything you need to make simple meals, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they left little gifts almost daily. Keyless entry made check in and check out easy. It was quiet at night. Just a perfect place! Negative: Nothing

Perfect base with transport access to most parts of Berlin Positive: Owners very engaged and proactively checked if we needed anything. Although we had no issues, got the impression they would have been very willing if we did.

Geweldige plek om Berlijn te verkennen en heerlijk rustige 'thuishaven'! Positive: Erg fijne en rustige ligging. Bijzonder attente ontvangst met drankje en later nog wat verrassingspakketjes aan de deur. Goede bedden, Fijne voorzieningen en heerlijk dat wij een eigen tuintje hadden. Bijzonder verzorgd allemaal! Negative: Enig minpuntje is het toilet in de badkamer en geen los toilet, dat is altijd wel fijner.

Positive: Good location Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Negative: Non-existent customer service. Check in process relies on providing photograph of password which is kept on their server. I am not prepared to provide password details to some website I don't know and cannot trust completely. So had to contact them to get the entry code for the apartment. Their website says contact them by email or by phone. Neither work and I never got any reply to the emails I sent them.
