Fantastic stay with a great apartment, a superb location, and a very kind host. Positive: Amazing apartment! It had absolutely everything we needed, including tea, coffee, kitchenware, and even umbrellas. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the metro and tram. The U2 metro line is great for reaching many central areas. It's only three stops to Alexanderplatz, which has connections to all types of transport and trains. The neighborhood is quiet, and the parallel street, Kastanienallee, is the heart of the Prenzlauer Berg district. There are many great restaurants, the 'Prater' beer garden, and shops, as well as Rewe and Lidl supermarkets. The host was very kind and pleasant and provided a few tasty surprises both upon our arrival and before we left. Online check-in and check-out were very easy, and the damage deposit was returned very quickly—the day after we left. For any issues you may have, there are QR codes in the apartments that you can scan to find out what to do. Great idea! Using the door's digital code is great. You don't have to worry about keys, and any family member can come and go freely.

The perfect base for our Berlin trip—clean, quiet, and very well hosted. Positive: We had a truly lovely stay at this apartment in Berlin. On arrival, everything was spotless and tidy, and we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome letter from the owners. They had also left us some chocolate sweets, a small bottle of wine, and mineral water, which was such a kind and personal touch. The main bedroom was excellent, with a very comfortable bed. My wife often struggles with back pain when traveling, but this bed was perfect—we didn’t even need the bed topper we usually bring along. The kitchen and living room were both great, and the sofa bed worked very well for our daughter. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with a coffee maker and coffee, which we enjoyed each morning to start our Berlin adventures. The location was ideal—lots of family-friendly restaurants nearby, and even a lovely pizza place just outside the doors of the apartment complex. We also discovered an entire street of restaurants and only wished we had more days to try them all. The apartment itself was very quiet at night, as it overlooks a peaceful green area at the back. A special mention goes to Ben & Simon, who were excellent hosts. Their communication was clear and friendly throughout, and when we checked out, they sent us such a warm and thoughtful message thanking us for staying. It really made us feel appreciated as guests. Overall, this was one of the best places we have stayed in. When we come back to Berlin, we will definitely book here again.
