Bright Apartment with Balcony in Prenzlauer Berg

Great location, great hosts, quiet neighborhood, easy access to public transportation, very clean Positive: This apartment/flat is 1 Tram (M8 or M10 tram) ride from Berlin central train station plus a short walk to the apartment building. It is also very close to the Old city center. On multiple occasions we walked to the old city center (a 30 minute walk). Of course, public transportation is close by too. The check-in and check-out process is easy and seamless. On arrival at the apartment/flat, there are the necessary apartment instructions and a gift waiting for you on the kitchen table, what a nice touch! The apartment building and flat is very clean. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, we cooked all our meals and dined in the kitchen. There were two of us (adults) and we stayed for 6 nights. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood for sleeping. Cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store (Lidl) are close by. The communication with the property management is nothing short of spectacular. Quick response times to any inquiries and clear, understandable communication. I used the Booking.com message app for all communication. A great place to stay, so glad we booked this place!

Positive: Superbe logement situé dans un joli quartier très vivant. Pour autant, l'appartement donnait sur une cour intérieure donc aucune nuisance sonore à déplorer. Des arrêts de tram et de métros, de mêmes que des petits supermarchés, se trouvent à proximité. L'appartement est très bien agencé et spacieux, avec une jolie terrasse. Des vélos sont à disposition, de même qu'un local pour déposer les valises à l'arrivée et au départ. Mention spéciale pour les petites attentions déposées devant notre porte :) On recommande à 100% Negative: Honnêtement... rien

Simply perfect Positive: Very modern, clean, well equipped and smooth procedure to check in and check out the apartment. One of my best experiences! They really pay attention to all details.

Dejligt sted, skøn beliggenhed, små gaver på døren. Kæmpe stor altan. Positive: Vi havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for, inkl to ekstra babysenge Negative: Sovesofaen var våd, da vi kom, men det tørrede heldigvis hurtigt. Der var kraftig lugt af rengøringsmidler, som måske kunne reduceres lidt.

Superfint Positive: Der er tænkt over detaljerne. Super gode faciliteter, beliggenhed og altan. Negative: Lidt for meget Ikea. Og vand der drypper ned fra altanen over os.
