2-Bedroom & 95 sqm Apartment with Two-Balconies

Fantastic Berlin weekender for the NFL Positive: Good location, clean and spacious. Good communication from the hosts and seamless check in and check out procedure. Thank you for the little gifts too! Negative: Not a dislike but If I had to say one thing we could have done with another bathroom or just a toilet given that there was five of us sharing the appartment. But no big deal and I thoroughly recommend this appartment!

Positive: Superbe appartement, très calme dans un super quartier avec plein de bons restos autour. Tout l'équipement nécessaire, parfaitement propre et confortable. En prime les petites attentions quotidiennes et la bagagerie dispo avant et après, le must ! Negative: Ne pas avoir réservé quelques jours de plus 😉

Positive: Staff were super helpful. Allowed us an early check in which was great. Fantastic location. Great experience from start to finish. Negative: The terrace is slightly misrepresented in the advertisement photos.

この宿にしてよかった。特に、エリアが気に入りました。 Positive: 建築家事務所が多い道にあり、近所に可愛いカフェや小さなレストランやブティックが点在する安全で楽しいエリア。 角に、LIDLスーパーと、オーガニックショップ。 無人check in-check out。　時間制限はあるが電話応対が親切。 check inの用意ができるとSMSで知らせてくれる。 check in時にスパークリングワインと炭酸水がキッチンに置いてあり、また、毎日お菓子やおつまみなど、色々なギフトがドアにかかってた。特にオリジナルrubber duckyが嬉しかった。 傘が２本。　バルコニーに灰皿。テラスは、喫煙者向き。 ベッドの寝心地が良い。窓には、シャッターがあり、真っ暗にできる。 性能の良いポータブル扇風機。 バスタブが大きい、タオルウォーマー。 キッチンに、オーブン以外必要な物が揃っている。 塩、胡椒、フィルターコーヒー、お茶などの他、オリーブオイル、酢、サランラップ、アルミホイル、ペーパータオルがある。 creativeの bluetooth speaker の音が良かった。 近くの教会の鐘の音が素晴らしい。 Negative: アパート5番は、中３階にあり、エレベーターを降りてから階段を登らなくてはならない。 荷物預かり場所は、無人の小さな物置部屋。 部屋のレイアウトが不思議。 タオルは、基本、滞在中、１人１セット(バスタオルとハンドタオル１枚）のみ。 シャワーキャップ、スリッパ、部屋着なし。 エアコンなし、キッチンにOvenなし。 9月に滞在したが、蚊が沢山居て、バルコニーは利用できなかった。 網戸、蚊帳なし。蚊用品は、必須、持参すべき。 お風呂とトイレが一体式なので、2bed roomでトイレが1つしかなく、一般のアパートメントビルの一部を利用しているので、 ロビーはなく、共同のトイレはない。 creative bluetooth speakerのペアリングモードのスイッチを見つけるのに苦労した。説明書があると良いと思う。

Amazing location for easy access to all areas of Berlin by public transport. Positive: Great location, on a quiet street near lots of shops, restaurants and public transport options. Negative: No issues, it was fabulous.
